Brand Krachtig Blond is a 7.8% ABV blonde ale from Wijlre, brewed by Brand Bierbrouwerij, one of the Netherlands' oldest breweries. This beer was created from a recipe by hobbybrewer Jacques Bertens, winner of the Brand Brewery Competition in 2013. It combines four different malt varieties with two aromatic hop types to create a full and fruity character with expressive aromas. The palate is soft and fruity, with a full body and subtle malt backbone. The finish delivers mild bitterness that lingers pleasantly.
