Remi Blond is the flagship of Brouwerij De Bock in Beveren, launched in 2015. This craft ale brewed with high fermentation draws inspiration from traditional Belgian brewing and quickly became a cherished regional favourite. The beer combines barley malt with Northern Brewer, Centennial and Saaz hops to create a fresh, fruity character. At 7.2% ABV, it delivers a pleasant bitterness that finishes cleanly without dominating the palate. In the glass, Remi Blond appears bright blonde with a fine white head. The nose shows pronounced fruity notes of banana and pear, while the taste is sweet and yeasty with lingering fruit character.
