Sint Crispijn Weizen Mango Baby is a fruity wheat beer from Stadsbrouwerij Sint Crispijn in Waalwijk. This beer emerged from a creative brewing process in which a single batch of base wort—2,000 litres—was divided into five distinct fruity variants, a collaboration with Brouwerij Brouwersnös in Groenlo. The aroma reveals classic weizen character: banana and clove, complemented by a pronounced mango note. On the palate, tropical fruit takes centre stage, supported by the soft, yeasty qualities typical of wheat beers. Its drinkable nature and 5.2% alcohol make it a refreshing choice for warm weather.
