Palm Brugge Tripel
Palm Brugge Tripel is a traditional Bruges city beer with deep roots in Belgian brewing. Originally brewed by De Gouden Boom in Bruges, production moved to Palm's facilities following the brewery's acquisition in 2004. At 8.7% ABV, this tripel delivers a full, characterful flavour.
The beer presents a golden blonde colour with a dense white head and lively carbonation. Caramel and honey emerge from the malt bill and Palm yeast, complemented by subtle hop bitterness that builds gradually. Dried fruit notes of apple, pear and peach appear alongside yeasty spice, creating a rounded, accessible yet distinctive profile.
