At 10% ABV, it delivers a complex tasting experience with warming alcohol tones. This beer marries traditional abbey brewing with contemporary craft. Aromas of vanilla, caramel and roasted chocolate lead to a palate with dry, savoury structure. The finish is long and warming, with a pleasant bitterness that holds the whole together. Waar Ow! BA, the barrel-aged variant, is matured in Jamaican rum casks, adding layers of vanilla and caramel to the profile.
