SeaKing Zeewier Tripel is a pale blonde tripel at 8.5% ABV, created through collaboration between Huisbier and Brouwerij de Graal in Brakel, Belgium. The beer's defining feature is the addition of seaweed, which lends a distinctive character primarily to the aroma. Brewed with Columbus hops as the sole variety, it delivers a soft, approachable tripel that tastes nothing like salt, but rather refreshes like a summer beer. The nose carries an unusual, fresh quality clearly derived from the seaweed ingredient. Unfiltered and unpasteurised, the beer undergoes bottle conditioning for natural carbonation and full flavour development.
