The beer blends pale barley and spelt malt with French saison yeast and citrus hops for a refined flavour profile. In the glass it presents a clear golden colour with a white head. The nose offers fruity and spicy aromas with distinct banana and yeast notes. On the palate, subtle banana and black pepper emerge, followed by assertive herbal hop character and a restrained bitterness. The beer carries a medium-full body with soft, creamy texture and moderate carbonation. The finish is dry with pleasant bitterness that never overwhelms, a hallmark of the style.
