Brouwerij Het Nest in Turnhout brews Koekedam as a crisp Saison brimming with citrus character. The brewery grew from a beer-loving circle of friends who started as a tasting club in 2000 and have been crafting beer in a state-of-the-art facility since 2015.

Koekedam blends pale barley and spelt malt with French saison yeast to deliver a peppery, aromatic brew. Lemon and lime burst from the glass, while the signature yeast contributes a pleasant spicy edge rooted in Belgian brewing tradition.

On the palate, light sourness and bitterness mingle with citrus notes, finishing with a crisp bitter edge. This is a beer for relaxed moments—equally at home on its own or alongside food with friends.
