Sancti Adalberti Weizen is an organically brewed wheat beer from Brouwerij Egmond, the Netherlands' only Benedictine abbey brewery. Following German tradition, it combines equal parts barley and wheat malt, with linden blossom added during brewing. The beer pours with a white head and golden body, lightly hazy in appearance. The aroma reveals clove and banana, characteristic of the style. On the palate, it delivers a refreshing, fruity taste with fine carbonation. This beer honours the spiritual heritage of Egmond Abbey and the centuries-old brewing traditions rooted in this holy place.
