Bierverbond Bombay is an India-Style Lager brewed by Brouwerij Bierverbond in Amsterdam at 5.5% ABV. This experimental lager merges classic lager brewing with hop character inspired by India Pale Ale traditions. The beer presents a blonde colour with a grassy aroma layered with citrus and tropical fruit notes. The palate is crisp and bitter, delivering a clean finish followed by a long, fruity aftertaste that emphasizes the hop bitterness. Now out of production, Bombay remains a notable example of Dutch craft brewery innovation.
