Brauerei Zirndorf's Kellerbier draws from a brewing heritage dating to 1674. This unfiltered, unpasteurised lager pours cloudy amber with a creamy off-white head. The aroma shows sweet malt, floral character and fruity esters. On the palate, it is soft and medium-bodied with restrained carbonation. Sweet malt and grain lead the flavour, with stone fruit notes emerging, finishing dry and lingering—noticeably more bitter than the nose suggests. A rustic, understated Kellerbier that reflects its Bavarian roots and the deep-cellar maturation tradition of the style.
