Monsieur Mouche is a Belgian brown ale from Brasserie des Eaux Vives, a small brewery in the Walloon village of Romerée. The beer is brewed from pure malt only, without added spices, sugars or other additives. Despite its dark colour, this brown ale avoids heaviness and sweetness. Spice notes provide a light and refreshing character that defies its appearance, making it an unexpectedly elegant pour. The brewery itself operates from a distinctive 1740 building and welcomes visitors on weekends or by appointment.
