Icauna Pale is Brasserie Popihn's signature beer from rural Burgundy, brewed year-round with malt grown on the brewery's own farm. This light, fruity pale ale uses Citra and Mosaic hops to deliver a pleasant hop character without heaviness. The nose is clean and floral with citrus and grapefruit notes. On the palate it arrives light and refreshing, with hints of melon, guava and passionfruit. Moderate carbonation supports easy drinking.
