This 3.1% beer is brewed with the same ambition as a full-strength IPA: a high mash temperature delivers surprising body, while citrus and tropical fruit hops pack the beer with vibrant flavour. The nose brings grapefruit, mango and pineapple. The palate balances sweetness and bitterness with the same fruity character. The finish is dry and crisp, with a lingering subtle bitterness that rewards the sip.
