Nipala is the tropical face of Jake's Beer, a Dutch brewery from Vught founded in 2015 by three friends with a straightforward ambition: to brew better beer. This New England IPA delivers what the style promises: juicy, fruity and refreshingly restrained in bitterness. The aroma opens with mango, pineapple and citrus—tropical fruit notes that immediately invite you in. On the palate, a full, juicy character develops with peach and tropical fruit, supported by mild bitterness that never overwhelms. It stays approachable thanks to the balance between fruit suggestion and a clean, dry finish. At 6.2% alcohol and full body, Nipala feels warm and pleasant in the mouth without showing its strength.
