A collaboration between Bitburger Brauerei in Germany's Eifel region and Oregon's Deschutes Brewery, this unfiltered Kellerbier showcases the meeting of German brewing tradition and American hop character. Brewed with Bitburger's proprietary Siegelhopfen alongside the American varieties Citra and Mosaic, it is naturally cloudy and lightly carbonated. The beer delivers a fruit-forward profile with citrus and stone fruit notes, balanced by integrated hop character and hints of honey.
