Suzanne is a farmhouse ale from Hedonis Ambachtsbier, the independent Belgian brewery founded in 2015 by two experienced brewers who previously worked at De Proef. This dry, lightly bitter saison sits at 5% ABV and is unpasteurised and unfiltered. Hallertau Blanc hops deliver a modern edge with aromas of white grapes, lemon citrus and white pepper. The beer carries the grassy, spicy character typical of saison brewing, lifted by hints of rhubarb and a crisp acidity that defines its profile. Suzanne is approachable and clean-finishing, a straightforward expression of craft brewing philosophy from a small Ghent-based producer.
