Wild Creatures is a small, independent brewery founded in 2011 by Jitka Ilčíková, based in the town of Dolní Dunajovice near Mikulov in South Moravia, Czech Republic. What began as experimental trials with spontaneous fermentation quickly evolved into a dedicated craft brewery with a highly focused identity rooted in its regional landscape and natural environment. The brewery specialises exclusively in spontaneously fermented beers, a style more commonly associated with the Senne valley in Belgium but here reimagined with a distinctly Moravian character.
