ÜberQuell Brauwerkstätten is a Hamburg-based craft brewery and brewpub located at St. Pauli Fischmarkt 28-32, in the historic river casemates of the city. Founded in the heart of Hamburg's St. Pauli district, the brewery has become a recognised name in the German craft beer scene, surviving turbulent times including the G20 demonstrations and the COVID-19 pandemic. The name itself reflects an ambition that goes beyond convention — combining North German coolness with a vibrant, colourful identity. ÜberQuell operates as more than a microbrewery: it is a full brewpub experience combining a micro brewery, pizzeria, and beer garden under one roof. The brewery maintains a core range of five different beer styles brewed on-site year-round, complemented by a rotating seasonal and limited-release programme. Their portfolio spans a wide range of styles, including a European Pale Lager (Fresh Hop Püls), a Doppelbock (Hamburger Senatsbock), an Imperial IPA (Kveik), and their well-known Supadupa IPA and Palim Palim Pale Ale. ÜberQuell has also been active in Hamburg's wider beer community, with co-founders involved in initiatives such as the Hamburg Beer Week and collaborative brews. Their Supadupa IPA is among their most recognised beers, available through specialty retailers across the Netherlands and beyond.
