Microbrouwerij D’n Emma

Microbrouwerij D'n Emma is a small craft brewery located in the Grenspark Groot Saeftinghe region, a unique cross-border nature area on the border of the Netherlands and Belgium. The brewery is part of a local network of artisan producers operating under the regional quality label 'Groot Saeftinghe Smaekt', which champions authentic, locally rooted products from this distinctive wetland landscape. D'n Emma brews beers that are closely connected to the surrounding region and its producers. A notable example of this local collaboration is a cherry beer developed in partnership with Notenbar, a nearby fruit producer who grows cherries in the area. This kind of cooperation between local farmers and the brewery reflects the character of the wider Groot Saeftinghe community, where regional ingredients and craftsmanship go hand in hand. The brewery's beers find their way to local hospitality venues, including restaurants and bed & breakfasts in the region. As a microbrewery embedded in the local food landscape, D'n Emma represents the growing interest in small-scale, terroir-driven brewing along the Dutch-Belgian border.
