LMNOP Brewing was a Dutch craft brewery based in Rotterdam, in the province of South Holland. The brewery was founded by a group of passionate brewers who shared a love for classic beer styles with a distinctly American twist, combining traditional brewing techniques with bold, expressive flavours rooted in hop-forward and roasted malt profiles. The brewery's portfolio centred around classic styles reimagined with modern craft sensibilities. Their approach was defined by pronounced hop character, roasted malts and special yeast strains that added complexity and depth to every pour. A standout in their range was the LMNOP Export Stout, a dark beer showcasing notes of coffee and chocolate, balancing a firm bitterness with a pleasing sweetness — a fine example of the brewery's ability to blend tradition with bold flavour. Unfortunately, LMNOP Brewing ceased operations in 2017, when it became known that the brewers had decided to stop. Though short-lived, the brewery left its mark on the Dutch craft beer scene with a clear vision: brewing beers with character, combining the best of classic styles and American craft brewing inspiration.
