Brasserie Les 3 Fourquets is a Belgian craft brewery founded in 2003 in the village of Bovigny, in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes. The brewery was originally established to supply cask beer to a neighbouring café, but quickly grew into a full-scale brewing operation. In 2004, co-founders of the legendary Brasserie d'Achouffe, Chris Bauweraerts and Pierre Gobron, opened a brewpub in the nearby village of Courtil under the Les 3 Fourquets name. Pierre Gobron later left Achouffe in 2008 and continued his brewing journey at the Bovigny brewery, bringing with him decades of Belgian brewing expertise. The brewery is best known as the producer of the Lupulus beer range, a brand rooted in the Ardennes terroir. The name Lupulus — Latin for hop — reflects the brewery's appreciation for hop-forward brewing. The portfolio includes a variety of Belgian styles, and in 2007 the brewery expanded its offering by releasing beers in champagne bottles as well as in casks, embracing the finest traditions of Belgian artisan brewing. The Lupulus Tripel, with an alcohol content of 8.5%, is among the standout beers in the range and has gained recognition both domestically and internationally. Les 3 Fourquets represents a proud part of the Belgian Ardennes brewing heritage, combining artisanal craftsmanship with a deep respect for regional identity. The brewery has been featured in international beer publications and catalogues, and its beers are distributed across multiple markets, including the United States.
