Drop Project Brewing Co. is a London-based craft brewery founded in the autumn of 2019 by three friends who share a passion for beer and board sports. The brewery is located in Mitcham, in south London, and was built from the ground up as a modern, state-of-the-art facility with a clear focus on quality and craftsmanship. From the very beginning, Drop Project set out to deliver premium craft beer directly to its customers, combining a love for creative brewing with an action-driven, contemporary identity. Drop Project's portfolio centres around big, bold and flavourful beer styles, with a particular emphasis on sours, IPAs, Double IPAs (DIPAs), New England Hazy IPAs and lagers. The brewery has built a reputation for pushing boundaries in the hop-forward category, and their hazy and juicy DIPA Roamin has garnered strong ratings on Untappd. Their range reflects a commitment to high-quality ingredients and modern brewing techniques, appealing to craft beer enthusiasts who appreciate both complexity and drinkability. Among their notable releases is Voyage, described as the brewery's strongest beer and their first Imperial offering, demonstrating Drop Project's ambition to explore the upper limits of the craft spectrum. The brewery has also collaborated with other producers, including a Radler brewed together with Bosko, further showcasing their creative and community-minded approach to brewing.
