Dedalos Craft Beer is a small, independent craft brewery rooted in the Mirabello area of Agios Nikolaos, in Eastern Crete, Greece. The brewery draws its name and inspiration from Daedalus, the legendary craftsman of Greek mythology, reflecting a deep connection to Crete as the cradle of ancient mythology. Beers are developed and refined at the Dedalos Beer Store before being brewed in collaboration with a partner brewery in Chania, on the western side of the island.
