Cervejaria Dádiva is a Brazilian craft brewery founded in 2014 in the state of São Paulo, with its home base in Várzea Paulista. The name 'Dádiva' translates to 'gift' in Portuguese, and the brewery has lived up to that name by becoming one of the standout voices in Brazil's rapidly growing craft beer scene. Since its founding, Dádiva has built a reputation for creative ambition and prolific brewing, having produced more than 220 distinct brews across a wide range of styles. Dádiva's portfolio is broad and adventurous, spanning everything from hop-forward IPAs and Pale Ales to rich Russian Imperial Stouts, Brown Ales, and experimental wild fermentation beers using Brettanomyces. Their Black Mist, a Russian Imperial Stout, showcases intense notes of coffee, chocolate, and roasted bitterness alongside softer hints of vanilla. The brewery also explores fruit-driven and mixed-fermentation styles, such as their Printemps, brewed with peach and Brettanomyces bruxellensis. In recent years, Dádiva has also ventured into no-alcohol beer innovation, demonstrating a forward-thinking approach to brewing. Among their best-known releases is Heartbeat, a flagship beer that has helped cement their name in the craft beer community. Dádiva has also collaborated internationally, connecting with breweries such as Oedipus Brewing, and has been represented at international craft beer festivals, including the Craftbierfestival in Zurich.
