Brouwerij Twee Vingers
Netherlands · Founded in 2019
Brouwerij Twee Vingers is a Dutch craft brewery founded in 2019 by Sjors Steenbergen in Waalre, the Netherlands. What started as a hobby that got out of hand quickly grew into a fully-fledged brewing operation. The brewery's name, 'Twee Vingers' — meaning 'Two Fingers' — refers to the foam collar that sits on top of a properly poured beer, a nod to the craft and care that goes into every glass. The brewery focuses on modern specialty beers across a range of styles. Their portfolio includes hoppy IPAs, flavourful ales, and rotating specials that reflect a creative and experimental approach to brewing. A standout in their IPA lineup is characterised by four different types of American hops, delivering a bold bitterness and pronounced hop aroma. Their first ever beer was a blonde ale called the Peelse Pracht, marking the beginning of their brewing journey. Among their more playful releases is the Verrekte Mango, a fruit-forward beer that caught wider attention and was featured as a highlighted brew in the Dutch beer community. Their range also includes a tripel with a twist of orange and coriander, as well as a refreshing weizen at 5.0% ABV called the Why Tell Me Weizen?. Twee Vingers continues to build a following among Dutch craft beer enthusiasts with their accessible yet adventurous lineup.
