Brouwerij Ganzenhof is a small Belgian craft brewery founded in 2016 by Chris, who drew inspiration for the name from his parents' farm, which was known as Ganzenhof. The brewery produces a range of craft beers, including a blonde ale known as 'Paul', which was originally brewed as a hobby project in collaboration with family.
