Brasserie Parisis
France · Founded in 2012
Brasserie Parisis is a French craft brewery located in Combs-la-Ville, in the Seine-et-Marne department south of Paris. It was founded in 2012 by two beer enthusiasts: Eric, a raw materials salesman for breweries, and Jonathan, a professional brewer. Their shared passion for craft beer brought them together to build one of the most notable independent breweries in the Île-de-France region. To mark its tenth anniversary in 2022, the brewery invested in a brand-new facility, signalling its continued growth and ambition. Brasserie Parisis has built a reputation for American-inspired brewing styles, with a strong focus on IPAs and pale ales. Their portfolio includes beers such as the Parisis Blonde, the Psychotic Pale Ale, and experimental SMASH (Single Malt And Single Hop) brews like SMASH #4 Mosaic, which highlight specific hop varieties in a clean, focused malt base. This approach reflects the brewery's commitment to showcasing ingredients with precision and character. With a growing international fanbase and recognition in the craft beer community, Brasserie Parisis is regarded as a rising star in French craft brewing. Their beers have attracted attention beyond France's borders, appearing in international beer publications and on platforms such as Untappd. The brewery operates with a small, dedicated team of five employees, keeping production artisanal and quality-driven.
