The brewery operates as a SPRL and is a member of Belgian Brewers, the official federation of Belgian breweries. The brewery specialises in traditional Belgian beer styles, with a focus on saisons. Their flagship beer, the IV Saison, is a classically styled saison brewed with just four ingredients, staying true to the way such beers were crafted in the past.
