Brasserie de Cambron is a Belgian brewery located within Pairi Daiza, the renowned zoo and world gardens situated in Brugelette, in the Walloon region of Belgium. The brewery is closely tied to the history and atmosphere of the Pairi Daiza estate, which was once home to the Abbey of Cambron, a Cistercian monastery with roots stretching back to the 12th century. This historical connection gives the brewery its name and a distinct sense of heritage. The brewery produces a range of beers inspired by the monastic and natural surroundings of Pairi Daiza. The current portfolio includes four beers: a Blonde, a Brune, a Cherry, and a Blanche. The bittering hops used in the brewing process are sourced from Germany, reflecting a commitment to quality ingredients. The beers are crafted in the spirit of the legendary "Abbaye de Cambron" style, paying homage to the abbey that once stood on these grounds. Brasserie de Cambron offers visitors a unique experience, combining a world-class zoological and botanical attraction with authentic Belgian beer culture. The brewery is listed among the notable breweries of the Hainaut province and featured in regional guides celebrating the rich brewing heritage of Wallonia.
