Birrificio Manerba
Italy · Founded in 1999
Birrificio Manerba is an Italian craft brewery and brewpub founded in 1999, located in Manerba del Garda, in the Brescia province of Lombardy, along the shores of Lake Garda. A pioneer in Italian craft brewing, the brewery holds the distinction of being home to the first Kaspar Schulz brewing installation in Italy, reflecting its commitment to quality and craftsmanship from the very beginning. Over more than two decades, Birrificio Manerba has grown into a beloved landmark in the region, combining a working brewery with a full brewpub and restaurant experience. The brewery's portfolio spans a range of approachable and well-crafted styles. Among its signature beers are La Bionda, a crisp Lager/Helles, the Fiordalisa, a refreshing wit beer, and Garda, an American IPA. The Essenzi Ale rounds out the range as a blonde/golden ale. These beers reflect a philosophy rooted in balance, drinkability, and a connection to the natural surroundings of Lake Garda. Fiordalisa earned a Gold medal at the European Beer Star in 2023, confirming the brewery's standing in the competitive European craft beer scene. The brewpub and restaurant at Via Trevisago 19 offer visitors a warm and festive setting to enjoy fresh craft beer alongside good food, making Birrificio Manerba a destination for both locals and tourists exploring the Lake Garda region.
