Santa Punch is an Imperial IPA from Birra del Borgo, the Italian brewery founded by Leonardo Di Vincenzo in 2005. Born from a collaboration with Patagonia Cerveza, this beer reflects the brewery's willingness to experiment and push craft beer boundaries. The name captures the explosive aromatics at work here. A carefully chosen blend of hops delivers a layered palate of orange marmalade, caramel and sweet malt, balanced by fruity hop character and a firm bitterness. At 7.2% ABV, Santa Punch carries enough body to support its ambitions without becoming heavy.
