Yonder Cinnamon Bun is a 6% pastry stout from Yonder Brewing & Blending, based in the Mendip Hills of Somerset. This stout captures the flavour of freshly baked cinnamon buns, layered with warm spice, roasted chocolate and coffee. The result is a superbly balanced, sweet stout with a creamy mouthfeel. Founded in 2018 by Jasper Tupman and Stuart Winstone, Yonder is a modern farmhouse brewery known for blending contemporary brewing with wild fermentation and foraged UK ingredients. In Cinnamon Bun, that philosophy yields a beer that is indulgent yet restrained—sweet without becoming cloying.
