Jabalipa is an American IPA from Wylie Brewery, the Sitges-based brewpub founded in 2015 by Grahame Wylie and Shane Mains. This IPA balances classic hop bitterness with a lightly caramelised malt foundation and a dry, spiced finish that lingers.
