Isaac is Italy's first craft witbier and remains a benchmark within the style. Teo Musso brewed this beer in 1996 at Birra Baladin in Piedmont using Italian barley and Bolero, a heritage wheat variety. The recipe blends subtle Italian spices—bergamot and coriander—with citrus zest. It pours a pale yellow with a fine, creamy head and slight haze.
