This 8.5% beer from Haarlem brings tropical fruit to both the nose and finish, complemented by the white pepper and banana esters typical of Weizenbock fermentation. The palate is surprisingly light and crisp despite the higher alcohol content, with a distinct acidity that lifts the pineapple. Yeast funk adds texture and mouthfeel without heaviness.
