A collaboration between Thornbridge's head brewer Rob Lovatt and St. Eriks' Jessica Heidrichs, this Imperial Stout is a celebration of shared passion for craft beer. At 10% ABV, the alcohol is deceptively well-integrated, allowing dark chocolate and roasted malt to form the backbone while generous Scottish raspberries take centre stage. The nose offers ripe raspberry fruit alongside roasted grain; the palate delivers sweet berry character balanced by dark malt backbone. Dark and chocolate malts provide structure without overwhelming the prominent fruit character. A stout that balances power with nuance.
