Flying Monkeys Sparklepuff is an ambitious Triple IPA from Barrie, Ontario, triple dry-hopped for maximum hop intensity and flavour. At 10.2% ABV, this unfiltered brew presents a magnificent spectrum of taste: deep gold with apricot glints, anchored by smashed peaches that add a fruity foundation. Three dry-hop additions—Simcoe, Idaho 7 and Vic Secret—deliver complex bitterness with dank, resinous evergreen character and tropical fruit notes. A blend of pale malt, wheat malt and oat flakes creates a light, fluffy malt backbone. Bitter yet juicy, the beer balances assertive hop dryness with bright fruit, and the alcohol warmth remains well-hidden.
