Named after the white foam crests of the rough North Sea, this dark wheat beer is brewed with natural ingredients, including locally grown Texel barley, and undergoes bottle fermentation. The beer delivers a full, characterful flavour with hints of caramel and apricot, finishing with a creamy, slightly sweet aftertaste and balanced bitterness.
