WRCLW: Rye RIS Porto and Bourbon Double B.A. is an ambitious Russian Imperial Stout from Browar Stu Mostów in Poland, layered and full of character. Rye malt combines with classic Imperial Stout grains and is then aged in Porto and Bourbon barrels to build further complexity. The nose shows clear malt-driven aromas: coffee, chocolate and caramel from the rye malt lead. On the palate, full body emerges with roasted grain, dark fruit and plum notes, supported by bourbon warmth and Porto wine elegance. The finish is long and dry, with pleasant bitterness that never overwhelms. At 10.2% ABV, this beer feels nourishing and warming, with a full, creamy texture that carries the layered flavour profile.
