Pronkstuk is a stout brewed by Stoombierbrouwerij De Pimpelier in Budel-Schoot, crafted using traditional methods passed down through decades of hands-on experience. The beer appears chestnut brown and hazy, crowned with a fine, cappuccino-coloured head that holds well. At 9% ABV, it carries more body and warming alcohol than standard stouts. The brewery occupies a historic copper kettle once used for Stella Artois test brews in the 1940s–50s. Pronkstuk embodies that legacy of precision and experimentation—a dark, layered beer that lets malt depth and fermentation character take centre stage.
