Stone White Ghost is a Berliner Weisse from Stone Brewing, crafted true to Berlin's brewing tradition. This light sour beer gains its tart, acidic character from a specially selected Lactobacillus strain employed during the brewing process. The beer unfolds with an intense yet well-balanced sourness. The nose reveals pronounced lemon, peach and melon flavours, touched by subtle rhubarb notes. On the palate, the taste is sharp and fresh, with apricot sweetness meeting malt before a wave of sourness takes hold. With medium body and a clean finish, this is an exceptionally crushable summer beer that refreshes quickly without heaviness.
