Neapolitan Dynamite is a bold Imperial Stout from Stone Brewing, born from a collaboration with Abnormal Beer and homebrewers. This 8.5% beer weaves together three classic flavours—strawberries, vanilla, and chocolate—with a grown-up addition of coffee to anchor and intensify the whole. The aroma opens with coffee and melted ice cream notes. On the palate, strong coffee leads the charge, followed by fresh strawberry in the mid-palate and dark chocolate on the finish. The body is full and rich, with a lingering fruitiness. This is a daring take on the Neapolitan ice cream concept, where the sweetness of fruit and vanilla is held in check by dark chocolate and coffee.
