Tripel Thomas from Stadsbrouwerij Veenendaal began as a collaboration with Belgian brewery 't Pakhuis in Antwerp and has since become a cornerstone of the Veenendaal brewery's range. At 9% ABV, this tripel builds its character on full-bodied, spicy notes driven by high fermentation. Local honey and peat malt—both signature ingredients of Veenendaal—give the beer distinctive depth. Expect cognac-like fruit character layered with spice, a weighty beer that rewards patience and contemplation.
