Tilburgsch Wit from Stadsbrouwerij Tilburg is a Bavarian-style weizen brewed with organic wheat and barley malt, Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops and Weihenstephan yeast. This unfiltered beer was born in 2018 when David Hendrich and Youri Doreleijers opened the brewery in a former grain factory in Tilburg. Tilburgsch Wit delivers a crisp, fruity character with a gentle 4.7% ABV. The beer reflects Stadsbrouwerij's philosophy of small-batch brewing with an eye toward quality and experimentation.
