RoodNoot is the house beer of Stadsbrouwerij RoodNoot, a craft brewery housed in a monumental 1880s farmhouse on the edge of Utrecht. The name playfully reverses the surnames of the former owners, Door and Toon, honouring the building's history. This blonde ale at 5.6% ABV is fresh and fruity. The beer embodies the brewery's ethos: a focus on craftsmanship, quality and community. RoodNoot brews with care and sources regional ingredients where possible.
