This is an approachable stout that avoids intensity while delivering solid flavour throughout. The beer showcases pleasant malt and sweet notes with a subtle bitterness that lingers pleasantly in the finish. The warmth of candied sugar is evident in the profile, paired with Belgian malty character and a hint of yeast fruitiness. A stout that works well with fatty fish, spiced dishes and meat courses.
