Lindebier was the second beer brewed by Delft's De Koperen Kat, named after Linde, the founder's youngest daughter. Inspired by Bavarian weizen tradition, this unfiltered, unpasteurised ale is crafted using a touch of linden honey from a local apiary near Delft. Lindebier delivers a refreshing, slightly tart character with pronounced banana aromatics typical of the style. At 6% ABV with 23 IBU, it strikes a balance between crisp drinkability and layered flavour, showcasing the brewery's commitment to quality craft beer.
