Brrr… is a full-bodied winter beer from Stadsbrouwerij De Koperen Kat in Delft, brewed with water, hops, various malts, yeast and candy sugar. This dark, lightly sweet beer delivers rich flavours of raisin and caramel, supported by the addition of caramel malts. The brewery, established in 2011 in a converted cable factory on the Schieweg, positions itself as an authentic craft brewery focused on quality beers. Brrr… pairs well with desserts, stews and mature cheeses.
