About
Brewed at Stadsbrouwerij Argentum in Schoonhoven, a historic silver town in South Holland, this IPA strikes a balance between hop character and drinkability. Extra hops add flavour and bitterness, yet the beer remains smooth and welcoming at 5.5% ABV. The nose carries toasty, grainy malt with hints of clove and nutmeg. On the palate, hoppy bitterness is present but restrained, with leafy and herbal undertones. The finish is dry and hoppy without aggression. This is craft brewing at a small scale, where contemporary technique meets time-honoured principles.
